A company isn’t working hard. It’s building a system.

By Aaron Alba

With Solentis I started building systems. Databases. CRM. Prospecting. Calls. Processes. Sales. Measurement.

Mistakes. Fixes. And repetition.

In the first week we got 10 sales. The number wasn’t what mattered. What mattered was proving the process could work.

Working more doesn’t fix a broken process. Measuring it, fixing it and repeating it does.

What I take from it

  • A process you can measure is a process you can improve.
  • Repetition is the boring part that makes it work.
  • A company is what happens when you stop improvising.
Next note Connecting is building too.
